All rooms are equipped with balcony, shower or bath/WC, TV, Safe, and family room with separated sleeping rooms as well as cribs. The prices are given per person and day for a minimum stay of at least 3 days.
Reduction for children:
The reservation becomes effective with a prepayment of 200,00 € per room by bank transfer to the following account: Raiffeisenkasse Obervinschgau

Upon arrival the rooms are ready for you at 4pm. In case of arrival after 8pm we kindly ask you to inform us. On departure the rooms have to be freed no later than 10am. In case of early departure, the room is charged for the entire reserved time. In case of non-adherence to the reservation the prepayment will not be refunded.
Dogs are only allowed after our prior agreement and are not allowed in the dining rooms or lounges.
